We want you to love your instrument. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original accessories must be included (mallets, drum bag, music book, scale stickers)
- Original packaging must be intact

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
